Her experiences living in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Cuba deepened her appreciation for how food tells stories and embodies culture—an obsession she carries into every kitchen. Self-taught and driven by curiosity, she has spent years mastering the art of cooking, turning the ocean galley into her personal studio. Working as a private chef in the luxury yacht industry for the past five years has uniquely prepared her to work and create in any space — a traveling kitchen of sorts — whether on a boat, in a home, or in a remote retreat. The small, dynamic galley environment has sharpened her ability to adapt, innovate, and craft exceptional meals anywhere.
